A 389 - stall public garage is available to tenants and guests of 111 South Wacker. Parking is available on a daily or monthly basis. The garage is open between 5:00 am - 11:00 pm seven days a week and is managed by SP+. A reserved parking area is also available for 111 South Wacker tenants.
- The Monroe Upper Public Garage is outfitted with EV Charging stations located on the following floors:
- 2 dual head on Floor 3
- 1 dual head on Floor 8
