111 South Wacker has two freight elevators. The freight elevators are available for tenant, vendor, personnel and contractor use. All personnel entering the dock must register and check in with the dock master prior to unloading.

The freight is open for regular tenant, vendor, contractors and building staff use:

Monday – Friday

6:00 am – 6:00 pm

*Spots on the dock are first-come, first-serve and the freight is shared.

Should you require a reserved spot on the dock, exclusive freight usage or are moving furniture you may place a reservation with the Office of the Building at (312) 252-6300 or 111southwacker@jll.com.

Freight elevators can only be used by tenant employees with appropriate security clearance. To obtain freight access clearance please have your tenant contact, contact the Office of the Building at 111southwacker@jll.com or (312) 252-6300.

Due to height restrictions on Lower Wacker, trucks must night exceed 12’6” in height.
