The loading dock is located on Lower Wacker Drive along the service lane.

Business Hours:
The loading dock is first come first served Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (excluding building holidays) If a dock space or freight elevator reservation is required, please see the below after-hours process. Parking on the dock during business hours is limited to one (1) hour.
After Hours:
For a designated dock space, freight elevator, and/or deliveries exceeding one hour. Please contact that Office of the Building at 111southwacker@jll.com. Note an aftererhours delivery comes with a billable charge to have a dock security guard present. The charge is not-to-exceed $50/hour with a 4-hour minimum. Building Delivery Requirements:
- All deliveries coming through the loading dock require the following before delivery personnel are provided with building access.
- A Certificate of Insurance on file with the Office of the Building that meets Certificate of Insurance Requirements.
- Pre-registration into the building visitor management system (Cloud gate).
- The freight elevators will require the use of an access card 24 hours/day.
- All delivery personnel will be required to check in with the security officer stationed at the loading dock and provide a valid photo ID for a freight elevator access card. The freight elevator access card will allow the delivery person to access the floor on which the delivery is to be made.
- The lobby desk and loading dock security desk are not authorized to accept packages for delivery to tenants.
- Under no circumstances should the deliveries be left by the building perimeter, lobby, elevator lobbies or building corridors.

Lower Wacker Drive and Loading Dock Clearances:
The clearance for trucks entering Lower Wacker Drive is 13’ feet. Loading dock overhead clearance is 12’ 6” inches. Trailer length restriction for trucks to enter the dock is 33’ feet. Trucks larger in height or length may pull alongside the dock during where safe to do so, but will not be able to enter the dock because of the height and length restrictions.
