The property team has implemented sustainability policies and practices to ensure a healthy environment for our Tenants.

2015 Building Operations and Maintenance: Existing Building 111 South Wacker is now part of a very small elite group consisting of only 6 Multi-Tenant Platinum Buildings in the City of Chicago, and 200 around the world.
2010 Building Operations and Maintenance: Existing Building 111 South Wacker was one of the first multi-tenant office buildings in Chicago to receive LEED® O+M Existing Building.

LEED® BD+C: Core and Shell 111 South Wacker was the first-ever project to be certified LEED® BD+C: Core and Shell Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council.
2014   Buildings that earn EPA ENERGY STAR use 35 percent less energy and generate fewer greenhouse gas emissions that similar buildings across the nation.
2014-current Tenants Go Green In the Fall of 2014 111 South Wacker launched its “Tenants Go Green” initiative in order to keep tenants informed and involved in sustainability and best practices.
